The Fellows MS 450-125 is part of our mechanical line of Fellows gear shapers. It is designed for the precise and effective shaping of both internal and external gears up to 450mm in diameter. The MS 450-125 is designed for producing medium-sized shaped gears for a variety of industries including aerospace, oil & gas, and defense. Capable of both spur and helical gear profiles, the mechanical stroking technology developed by Fellows allows for effective strokes for fast cycle times on medium-sized gears. Optional 170mm face width capacity available as well. Our electronic helical guide makes this machine ideal for job shops running numerous shaping profiles without the need to have multiple mechanical helical guides.
